I think they would go after Clemsons OC. He has got to know that DS can not keep it up at CU for the long term.

that's actually a very very good idea.

So Stillwater is more refined than Tuscaloosa?

I think he was at San Diego the first go-around, and MAYBE New Orleans the second time. Supposedly the desire was for a permanent West Coast gig, not somewhere in the Deep South.

Mike Riley stiff-armed Alabama twice, supposedly because his wife wanted to live in more "refined" areas of the country. I'd be sure surprised if he went to Ole Miss.

petty sure one of the times he told bama no was so his kids could finish high school in san diego. apparently he promised his kids and wife they would go through high school at one place.

Hope they keep their hands off of Mark Hudspeth at ULL.

Sorry brah, but that's who I think it will be. He knows the area well, and already has recruiting contacts around the south from his time at State.

I'd bet large that Hudspeth will be the next coach of the Black Bears.

Yep, he did say that...but then he took a job at New Orleans right after that, and commuted back and forth to see the family.

Tedford would have a heart attack at how pressured the SEC is. He's used to being a liberal school full of tree huggers.

I've always thought that Sumlin would wind up coaching in the SEC one day. His style of football would be great at one of the smaller SEC schools.
