Dude. Your University was under federal investigation for what on there. Sexual assaults, rape, domestic violence...and your University helped cover it up. Yet, you find her accusation so unbelievable?

University of Tennessee professor sexually harassed students for years, report says

University Of Tennessee-Knoxville Settles Sex Assault Lawsuit With 8 Women
[/b[b]The eight women alleged the university created an environment in which sexual assaulters were able to thrive, and that the disciplinary process heavily favored athletes under investigation.

(Reuters) - Six women have filed a federal lawsuit accusing the University of Tennessee of allowing gender discrimination that led to sexual assaults by athletes and, afterward, lenient treatment for the perpetrators.

No consequences!-SmokeyOne

In the last two years, the University of Tennessee Knoxville made determinations in six cases of sexual misconduct by faculty or staff that led to those employees resigning or disciplinary action being taken.

Wow.

"SPEEDING TICKETS!", though.

Six women have filed a federal lawsuit accusing the University of Tennessee of allowing gender discrimination that led to sexual assaults by athletes and, afterward, lenient treatment for the perpetrators.

It was a mooning. And the consequences were a heavy fine, dismissal of multiple employees and restructuring the oversight process for reported incidents. And it worked. A handful of incidents did not become 24, and no one ended up in jail, and no one died.

UGAs illegal street racing culture has already taken a couple lives, has already seen folks in jail cells, and the AD says, “boys will be boys”. And those 24 incidents do not include the other arrests and charges at the university. We are only counting the racing related stuff. If we add the rest in then maybe we could explain why UGAs AD is failing its student athletes to the point that they are unlikely to even leave with a degree. Maybe we can I stand why Bennett graduated from rehab but not UGA.

So, you are under the impression that the 6 women was about Manning?

Dude. It was professors, athletes and your University helped cover up the allegations.

There were 5 arrests. the rest were speeding tickets. Speeding. Tickets.

True. No one died. Lives were just ruined. Rape. Sexual assaults. Domestic abuse. Tennessee covered them up.

Nobody covered up the speeding tickets.

UGA football players have a grand total of 3 citations for street racing over the last 2 years. That includes Jalen Carter.

Again, you're confusing speeding tickets with an actual problem in other areas because a news outlet wanted to make UGA seem like they were having "racing issues" by including speeding tickets in their count.

Since the incident where Devon Willock was killed:

UGA had 2 DUI's (both with reckless driving and other charges thrown in). One player had the DUI charges dropped . The other player transferred.

They had 1 reckless driving in a single car crash. Everyone involved in a single car crash gets charged with reckless driving.

They had 2 citations for racing, one of which had reckless driving tacked on.and resulted in an arrest. the other (same incident) did not result in an arrest, just a racing citation.

That's the grand total of UGA arrests since Devon Willock. Four in TWO off-season's.(It grows to 6 arrests and 3 racing citations if you include Jalen Carter in the list rather than saying "since" that incident)

The rest of the "UGA driving incidents" are speeding tickets.

"UGA's illegal street-racing culture..."

Just go up a few posts and read DawginSC's post. Smokey, sometimes you post something intelligent and I think you've grown up and wised up with your posting, then you go and post something ridiculous that proves you are still in that goofball, autistic, "Dueling Banjos" group of hillbilly UT fans that doesn't have a clue..

It's called money under the table!

The downfall is going to be glorious, especially since the conference is now division-less.

To who? Are you somehow under the impression they have not been covered? I mean, if money has been passed under the table, then how do we all know about the tickets?

The downfall came in 1998. 25 years. YIKES!

Add in reckless driving, super speeder tickets and the laying drag citations. 3 is absolutely ridiculous but add in the 21 related incidents ands you demonstrate a street racing culture that has already claimed multiple lives.

Why are you trying to justify this mess fandom aside, this is a problem.

If UT had a street racing culture that was killing people I wouldn’t defend it, I would be ashamed and outraged. I guess fandom superseded morals and ethics.

Couple that with the low graduation rate, the fans deluded themselves about NIL, the Stetson Bennet problems and I would probably just log off anything school athletics related until that still FG was cleaned up.

I didn’t really post on this because I just assumed most UGA fans would agree it’s a problem and didn’t want to beat this dead horse but wholly shite too many of y’all took the fanatic aspect of fandom too far on this. Even trying to compare a mooning to multiple rapes? Yikes.

Are you outraged about the rape, sexual assault and domestic violence culture at Tennessee?

There's been more cases of that at Tennessee than street racing at Georgia.

Be honest. Are you outraged?

This is the first time I have ever heard someone describe “Driving a fast car fast” as a moral issue. Your UGADS was always bad, but it’s gone to a whole new level. You wouldn’t act like this if your team could compete with uga on the field.

You guys are doing that yourselves.

Your program tried to prevent that with that sham witch hunt investigation just to take Nico out.

Now you guys have a target on your back and gave the lockerroom bulletin board material.
