You can make a case against

Cardinals - Palmer
Chargers - Rivers
Buccs - Freeman
Rams - Bradford
That's 12 of 32 teams. The first group is all in need of a new starter second group a case can be made that a new starter is needed or someone who can push the starter.
It really all depends on if he can convince a that he's not going to frick up and he'll play for the league minimum.

He would be a good backup to Ben R. in Pitt. Other than that, I dont see where he would fit, the land of large qbs would be best.

That's right, they have Flynn now.
QB situation still sucks though. If Flynn was any good he'd have been brought to Miami two years ago when they hired Philbin.
