Don’t be stupid. I know that’s a big ask.
3M votes in Ohio for Trump.
6M votes in Florida for Trump
You weren’t one of the 3M.
Idiot

Easily. Florida is a much more urbanized state and 90% of its voter population is based in Miami-Tampa-Orlando
Nope. And nope.

It’s not even close dude. Florida has almost 23 million residents and Ohio only has 11 million residents.

Right.
His assertion was stupid and you seem to agree now.
Also, Miami and Orlando do not represent 90% of the population in Florida. Not even close.

Miami-Dade county alone has nearly 3 million people. The total population for the entire Miami metro is well over 6,000,000 people.

Again. You aren’t correct. Miami and Orlando don’t contain 90% of the population.
Weird hill to die on.

Florida is in the top 5 most populated states. Of course they’re going to have more GOP voters. But that doesn’t mean that the state is more conservative than Ohio.
California has the highest concentration of GOP voters in the country yet isn’t even close to being a conservative state. The difference is that Florida has a higher amount of transplants who vote independent and that gives more leverage to the GOP.
Ohio is much more culturally red than Florida ever will be. We simply have too much cultural influence from extremely red states like West Virginia and Kentucky. People from those states move to Columbus for job opportunities because the states they come from lack job diversity.

Ugh. You are acting like a Yankee.
His statement was pretty clear. He was just dead wrong.
I provided the numbers to prove the weirdo was wrong.
Now we have switched to Ohio being more conservative than Florida as a whole.
That’s another falsehood.
56.1 percent of Florida voted for Trump
55.1 percent of Ohio voted for Trump
Ohio is not more conservative than Florida.

Believe me dude, we’re not Yankees. There’s a difference between Midwesterners and Yankees. We’re much more polite and hospitable compared to people from other regions.
Those arrogant condescending fricks from Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey are the actual “Yankees”. Those people are stereotyped for a reason. They’re materialistic, arrogant, and self-absorbed. That demographic continues to move to your state in record numbers, way more than people from our state.

SEC still leads the country in poll era football national championships based on current members.

“Yankee” is an old term that was originally meant to be applied towards people from the Northeast who are white, upper middle class, and highly educated. I promise you that Ohio isn’t anything like that. And I say that as someone who grew up here my entire life

I said you are acting like a Yankee. I think you will stop arguing now though.
Buckl is a different story. Like I said Tim Walz thinks he’s a wuss.

I used to hear some of my engineering colleagues from Ohio U, Purdue, and Michigan State talk about Ohio State fans. You have corroborated what they have said.

Now that the B1G owns football, I've noticed you guys have moved to talking about other sports, some of which I did not know existed. Nothing wrong with that.
Are you making fun of rowing? Big Ten added Washington, therefore it is now the rowing conference. Add Cal and Yale, and it is a monopoly.

why are osu fans so obsessed with the SEC? I'm genuinely curious. I know the b1g is boring as frick but I thought that you guys enjoyed it at least.
