I’ll expand. Portland gets less rain than all MLB cities outside of California, Arizona, and Colorado during the MLB season.

Dry as a bone and by far the largest market. Portland should be #1 for expansion.

Why all the missing seats on one side? Those are typically the best seats. I hope they aren’t finished with the remodel.

Not a bad short trip. When I went a few years back, I visited the Pro Football HOF in Canton in the morning, the waterfall in their joke of a National Park at lunch, Rock and Roll HOF in the afternoon, and an Indians game in the evening.

What they do special is :

- allow you to compare prices between car rental companies and vehicle categories

- cancel up to day of reservation with no charge, so you can cancel and rebook if you find a cheaper rate later on

- not charged in advance

- customer service to help if Avis runs out of cars. They got me booked next door at National, at a better price too!

I book direct for airlines and hotels, but always go through Costco Travel for rental cars. It saved my arse one night when Avis ran out of cars. I always use Costco and typically book one of the Enterprise family brands (Enterprise, National, Alamo). I avoid just about everyone else like the plague.

I really believe Memphis would be a better candidate for 50 Cent to do this than Shreveport due to the zero state income tax, the city willing to work with Trump to lower crime with the national guard, Memphis BBQ, and the music tradition.
