Arkansas State looked good last week against Austen peay.......could be as good as Arkansas. Memphis is probably the best team in Tennessee but UT will be far better at some point in the future...

That was University of Central Arkansas. They are a pretty good FCS team.
We would beat stAte and UCA this year.
Chad just completely sucked last year. Guy has no business as a head coach for any P5 team.
