It seems like Sark calls the plays, and good or bad thats the play they run. If the play breaks down then Arch takes off and usually gets levelled because he doesn't like to slide, or gets swarmed in the pocket and taken down.
It's seems like the offense is getting tons of 3 and outs and they never audible away before the snap from bad plays when the defense adjusts.

Arch can't read a defense and there are rumors on other Texas sites that he can't read at all. This makes it hard for him to learn plays.

That would be nuts if true; highly doubt it though.
I just find it hard to believe they can have so many 3 and outs once the scripted plays are over and the defense settles in and starts recognizing what the Offense is doing. It was really obvious in the Florida game they would stack the Dline and LBs, etc to one side of the Oline and Arch or the coaches wouldn't audible out of the play call to something better, and the D would just overwhelm that side of the Oline rushing Arch.
