LSU's defense is the reason they've only lost 1 game this year. . . I mean they beat JFF and he's better than Cam & Teabow combined

And yet our defense is still ranked higher in every category.

In the very least Sims is a better tipper.

So he's not important enough to Bama to be considered a serious Heisman contender, but he's important enough to be the factor in Bama winning it's biggest game of the season?

Definitely and LSU might too.

yes, they do.

Bama not having AJ isn't going to help the most anemic offense in the SEC vs one of the greatest college defenses of all time.

I want to have a seizure when I see this. Does bama win without AJ? The better question is, does LSU win without having to play AJ?

Considering we may not score I would say they definitely still have a chance

Having played against lesser opponents it probably does

Of course they'd stand "a chance" because their defense is still elite and their OL and running game are top notch as well. However, LSU's chances would certainly increase 10 fold by bringing in the backup that hasn't played that much this year getting thrown into that type of situation.

Another great thread.

Bama fans saying they dont even need their starting QB to win against anyone.

You people are too funny.

Stand a chance, most definitely. Win, maybe. I'm not sure if Sims can throw well enough to keep the drives alive.
