The game has gotten to fast for them. Need to add at least one more.

This is really what it has gotten down to. They often are not in position because the players are simply too athletic for them to keep up.

I don't understand why, for conference games, they don't have a guy (or 2 or 3) reviewing every play and immediately buzz in for a penalty.

Also - every stadium should have a goal line camera. Every one.

The timing of those penalties has absolutely no bearing on how they affect the game. None at all.

Like the one in the endzone that stopped our WR from catching a TD?

Yea that wouldn't have done anything to change the game.

We got two in OT at the 1 yard line. Refs were really trying to help us out. :roll eyes:

You must be retarded, there is no other explanation.

They let a lot of interference go, I'm fine with that for both teams. The PF on Alexander was a shite call and only a Gump could defend it. Same way only a Gump would say that Peterson didn't intercept that pass in 2009.

I'm not even saying officiating cost us the game. But for y'all to act like y'all don't at the very least get lucky with calls at the end of games, you're just being delusional.

One more time, we had two penalties in OT. Your life must really suck if you consider that "lucky".

Want to address the Alexander "penalty?" Or the replay official not reviewing y'all's "completed" pass when driving for the tying field goal?

Did you miss the part of this thread where I showed that there was an illegal shift on Alabama on the trick play in OT?

PENALTY [a-c]—Live-ball foul: Five yards from the previous spot [S19 or
S20]. For live-ball fouls occurring when or after the snap starts
during scrimmage kick plays other than field goal plays: Five
yards from the previous spot or five yards from the spot where
the subsequent dead ball belongs to Team B (S18, S19, or S20).

Don't bother. Refs have them a make up call after they were already in OT, so none of that kind of stuff that they can't explain doesn't matter.

LSU guy was an idiot for losing his composure. Don't blame refs, blame your coaches. We got called for the same basic thing in OT so they were being consistent.

Was an obvious catch and if they stop to review you'd be bathing that they stopped the clock for us to get set.

My only complaint about SEC officials is they tend to interject themselves too much into the games. As the rules have bent towards the offense, there's way more ticky-tack flags that interrupt the flow of the game.

From my viewing, I like big 12 officials better. They tend to let the teams play without letting the game get out of hand.

Should have been called. Same thing happened to LSU on the final play of the game, DB had our WRs arm with both hands instead of just one though. Sad part of this gif is that he didn't need to interfere his coverage was pretty solid.

When the team I'm for wins, the the other team whines about the refs. When the team I'm for loses, I have very legitimate and objective concerns about the very obvious ref bias. Anyone who disagrees with me in either case is retarded/blind/stupid/delusional/etc.

Consistent my arse. They let that stuff go all game from the first play. You getting a make up call after the damage is done is anything but consistent.

Like this had any bearing on the play whatsoever. You are grasping and your desperation is obvious. And are you suggesting that there were no missed calls against LSU in the entire game?

By this same retarded logic, Alexander should not have been flagged.
