They couldn’t handle the fact that they were being out recruited every year. They are a terrible fit for the SEC and always have been.

Aggie culturally seems like a natural fit. Arkansas as well. There are plenty of great people from Texas and Arkansas. They've been my neighbors.
But Texans and U of Texas people in general have an unrearned arrogance that is objectively obnoxious. It won't play here.
