Arky was essentially shut down in the second half vs UA this year. Knile Davis is going to have his problems running on us and a healthy Courtney Upshaw will be saying hello to Wilson.

luckily TW has seen a much more hostile road environment in auburn this year, you bama fans should learn how to be loud like auburn.

Yeah, Mallett looked really comfortable during his last visit to Tuscaloosa

We went to a BCS bowl b/c we were the second best team in the SEC. LSU went to the Cotton Bowl b/c they were NOT the 2nd best team in the SEC. That matters. After beating A&M (which Arkansas did) and Arky losing to tOSU (a team ranked higher than LSU) by less than a TD, you think LSU's season was that much better?

If it's all about the # of wins, why don't we all just go Boise St and play cupcakes except one game a year?

yes, a 11-2 record and finishing ranked 8th is better than 10-3 and #8. the big difference b/t what LSU fans think of a their season and what you apparently think is that simply making a game is good enough. LSU's been to the Sugar Bowl 4 times in the BCS era and won every time. You seem to hang your hat on just making it. Also, fwiw, LSU destroyed Texas A&M and Arkansas won by 7 since you keep bringing up that team.

that was mallett, TW played extensively in the most hostile environment in alabama. Played pretty well at that.

d Arky losing to tOSU

Still cracks me up. Arky would be the first SEC team to lose to them in a bowl game. Only fitting.

Every poll certainly seemed to think so.

You had the SEC's cupcake in a bowl game and still got embarrassed. You can't complain and can only blame yourself.

HUGE Sample size there.

Wilson shredded one of the SEC's suckiest secondaries at Auburn. I watched the game and thought he played well until late when the game was on the line and he gagged.

Right

pretty much a consensus jordan hare was the hardest stadium to play in for opposing teams this year, luckily it prepared TW to play in the mausoleum like environment of bryant denny.

If we're going to be comparing scores, why don't we just look at the score b/w the two teams we are actually comparing?

Not as much as LSU fans hang their hat on a win over A&M and an Arkansas loss to a team that was better than LSU.

and what is the overall record of the two schools in those three years? I'll help you out. It's 23-15 against 28-11. Again, if beating LSU makes your season, have at it

If Miles can't get the upper hand in Petrino's first three seasons (during Miles's 4th-6th seasons), how well do you think he will fare against Petrino in Petrino's 4th-6th seasons? I'm going to go out on a limb and say he goes 1-2 again over the next three seasons.

Ask the Aubs if Bryant Denny is a mausoleum. I think the Pig Pen in Fayetteville was like a graveyard at the end of last year's Bama game.

no we're hanging our hat on a better record and higher ranking. you're the one that keeps bringing up who we beat to get there, and one of those teams we did beat, y'all couldn't, at home

This thread is yet another example of LSU fans's insecurity. I make a thread about Arkansas's offense for 2011, and somehow it devolves into a pissing match about Ohio State/Arkansas's only goal is to beat LSU/LSU has crystals...blahblahblah...
