Of course. Look at the recent past and the scores in our matchups. LSU can win this game. The Tide should win, but it will be the typical slugfest.

OBJ and Landry are huge mismatches for Bama's CB's. Cyrus Jones and Belue are decent/good sometimes, but Landry and Beckham are future NFL starters. LSU is going to score points. But I highly doubt their D will be able to hold Bama under 500 yards and 38 or so points if they've played like they have all year.

Any fan who doesn't take every conference game seriously is silly.

There's no talent gap that turnovers, injuries, and fluke plays can't overcome.

And when the gap is pretty small, 1 big play could make the difference.

concerned? yes i am! it's bama vs lsu...need i say more? truthfully, i'm more concerned with auburn. i suppose it's because we have to go to their place. if auburn wins out, that place will be off the chain when we play them!

So the fact that we've won 5 of the last 6 in Bryant-Denny doesn't even register with you huh?

How is this even relevant? Never mind the fact we were a mediocre football team in 2001, never mind the fact that we had Mike Shula as our coach in 2003 and 2005, never mind the fact we were mediocre in Saban's first year in 2007. The last time LSU came into Bryant-Denny Stadium as the lower ranked team they left with a 9 point loss.

My concern has been in decline, that's the truth.

I feel good about how Bama is playing. But These 2 teams matches up so well against each other and Lsu has all the tools to get the job done.

Absolutely not. Previous results pertaining to homefield will have absolutely zero effect on the game Saturday.

However I am concerned because Les Miles is the ONLY coach out of many, many that has shown he can consistently hang with Saban (at least in the regular season)

I assume most every Bsma fans attitude went from mild concern three weeks ago to seeing the only way you lose this game is if you beat yourself.

I picture most Bama fans are like Big Ern at the end of Kingpin.

Pretty scared considering the last two years we've lost a game in November.

iswyd....true enough. If the team that played Ole Miss shows up it will be a beatdown. Zach is going to have to find his Tom Brady cape.

About as much as the National Championships that Bama won under Bear Bryant or the ULM win over Bama in 2007.

I don't expect it, but I wouldn't be shocked to see LSU win.

Im concerned that we may come off of the bye week flat. I'm also concerned that we have not had a consistent cornerback opposite Belue all year. I also hope we don't lose the game by trying to play ultra conservative.
