LSU scored more against bama than bama scored against OU... what a head scratcher.

Modern college football in the expanded playoff era is going to have much more parity with around 15-20 teams having a fairly real chance at a title instead of only 5 or so each season. I'd say in any given season he has about a 5-10% chance at one, much like any other top tier program.

Whether or not Bama, or any other team, can win a Natty in the foreseeable future probably depends on just how the whole NIL debacle shakes out. There's always the possibility that any team could catch lightning in a bottle one year.

Meatriding another programs because of your own programs failures is low testosterone behavior.

At Washington, Coach's first year, he was 11-2 with losses to 9 and 4 @ UCLA. And @Arizona State, which made the playoffs this last season.

Year 2 Coach was 14-1, with a loss in the title game to Michigan. His record was 25-3 if you're counting.

Hell of a sample size.

Here's the breakdown:

Losses

2020
Hawaii
Nevada
New Mexico

2021
11 Oregon
Hawaii
Boise State

(Ranked wins vs 13 UCLA and 21 San Diego State)

2022
UCLA
Arizona State

(Ranked wins vs 11 Michigan State, 23 Oregon State, 6 Oregon, and 20 Texas)

2023
#1 Michigan

(Ranked wins vs 8 Oregon, 20 USC, 18 Utah, 11 Oregon State, 5 Oregon, and 3 Texas)

2024
Vanderbilt
11 Tennessee
Oklahoma
Michigan

(Ranked wins vs 2 Georgia, 21 Missouri, and 15 LSU.

If no mistake, DeBoer has faced 42 unranked teams at the DI level and lost 10 (32-10) of those games for a win percentage of .761

He's 15-3 vs ranked teams for a win percentage of .833

He's 5-1 vs top 10 teams for a win percentage of .833

Ryan Day broke the curse of not winning a title when following a legend so who knows, maybe he's got the chops to do it.

He's the guy who beat Kirby Smart.

And where did that get him when all was said and done? He lost to Clark Lea, Josh Heupel, Brent Venables, and Sherrone Moore

Like Bama losing 4 games when they had the most talented roster per the 247 talent composite

Is that a one-year sample size at BAMA, as he completely overhauls our roster and football philosophy?

Already making excuses for the team that calls itself the standard and gives Saban an office as BDS, pathetic

Kane Wommack total defense ranking last year (and his first year), 21st. Kirby Smart total defense ranking last year, 30th. Looks like the only thing with competency issues is your post.

Lmao giving up 40 points to Vandy, almost blowing a 30-7 halftime lead to UGA at home, and giving up 250 rushing yards to Oklahoma says different but keep distracting yourself from the inevitable

They manhandled LSU, & you think
LSU is primed for a natty run? Whatever you're smoking I'd like to buy some of that please sir.
