Actually...what the f was I thinking. Did anyone see that ESPN special on the Miami booster's that were paying bounties back in the day? The Saints coaches probably got the idea from UM. They are getting punished like they invented the concept.

I give my 9u team skittles before the game when their parents are not looking (sugar high). I actually have my team manager do it so he is the bag man. I then have him give them a few more during the game for things such as "hard hits". These hard hits usually result in a time-out because someone is crying. Now my players think they get skittles for making an opposing player cry. I'm going to have to stop that now so I don't set a bad precident.

New System:
1) Show Up for Practice - 1 sticker
2) Parent STFU on the sideline at practice - 1 sticker
3) Fill water cup without spillage and throw in trash can - 1 sticker
4) Parent STFU on sideline during game - 2 stickers
5) No email complaints from parent during week - 1 sticker
6) Achievements on field get no stickers. We will give hugs instead.

Yes... Brandon Spikes was almost earning 6 figures a year at Florida.

Yes, I put up a $50 gift card to Chile's for Brad Wing if he swept the leg of Courtney Upshaw.

But he didn't come through so I used it myself.

Forgot about that...no hugs. In fact, no positive reinforcement from coaches for any good plays.

Yep... When Kentucky knocked out Tebow, the guy was celebrating like he won a million bucks despite his team taking an arse beating!

Fairley paid his rent in the LSU game in 11.

ETA: oops. I meant in 2010

I don't remember any questionable hits except JJ on Mosely maybe...but that seemed a strong tackle to me.

It wasn't a cheap shot by JJ. Mosely's legs were at an awkward angle when the tackle was made.

And my earlier comment was an (obviously failed) attempt at sarcasm.

JJ kind of lassoed him but like you say, a bad angle.

Gotcha. Saban certainly earned a bounty on CLM in the coaches room, for sure.
