That’s not true. Barring unlikely courtroom surprises

They have been in the courtroom one time for this case and we already had major surprises. You think the trial will be different?

It still has gone over your head. Try a third time, you might figure it out.

They’re just media news cycle surprises not substantive surprises in the state’s prosecution of the case. Brandon Miller stuff is sorta immaterial to the case.

According to Nate Oats, he did not have that info until the hearing...interesting.

They knew his connection. Did not know about the text message. Determined text message was not important due the close timing of his arrival. It demonstrated no premeditation for transporting the weapon. He just ended up being there with the exact wrong thing at the exact wrong time.

Shortly after being asked for it. What a coincidence.

I think they were banking on none of this coming out before the season was over and Miller was no longer an Alabama basketball player.

It is. He was driving from across town to a very congested part of campus near last call. He was already on the way and was close to picking them up before even receiving the text message.

Tuscaloosa ain’t much but it’s got a bit more to it than Auburn.

That depends, what if that SOB was only 5 mins away? Neither his lawyer, the University or the DA have said where Miller came from.

Correct and now they are having to play the Plausible Deniability Game. Billy Tubbs would be proud.
