Got a new computer and had no clue what my password was for TD. Finally figured it out 
Love getting out on the boat (cocktail cove or lake blue ride) but don't get on any forums. "flyAU" is a pretty normal tagline for Auburn Aviation, so I wouldn't be surprised if someone saw what an excellent poster I am and decided to use it in the boating forum world.

There was a FlyAU on a boating forum with a bunch of info in regards to the FL Keys and I seem to recall that you go there. Oh well.
We need to get a Lake Lanier boating get together, Lanier, NGwinett and whoever else is in ATL

But if an organization like the AP or FWAA or the Coaches Poll awarded it (not that they will, I highly doubt it)? Why would you NOT "recognize" it?

Yep head down there a lot. But I find too many forums can be bad for your health.

I think it hurts AU's case for it that they played USC in 2002 & 2003 and lost both times (one of them, if I recall, was a shutout). Both teams (au & usc) returned tons of key players so I would imagine many voters felt they had seen the AU & USC matchup and already believed USC to be the better team based on the previous two years. Just my opinion.

Agreed, to tell the truth as confident as I was in our 04 team, i was scared shitless to have to play USC again. The past two years held bad memories for me. That being said, I would rather have played and lost rather than not play for it at all.

Key difference between 03' and 04', was the O cordinator position. Hugh Nall was horrid

I think you have to be consistent and not situational on this issue. I am totally consistent; all wins happen on the field period. USC is the 2004 National Champ (btw I don't like USC). But they are the champ.
