I would gladly take a 4 or 5 game suspension if it meant all the problems ended. RD is a leader(supposedly) on the team, therefor I think he needs to be made an example of. There is a big difference in doing something stupid like this in the summer, and doing it game week.

So you think if we suspend one kid for 4-5 games, that means we'll never have another kid arrested?
Suspend him for the opener. Let's get him back for the State game.

I did not read all 8 pages but can someone say if this arrest and Pike's were similar? Both under aged PI right?

Do you really think Luper would have not found a way for Cam to get on the team if that is really where he wanted to go? Let's bring some logic into the discussion rather then your high octane drama you have been writing so far.
Think about this IF Luper did have a no strings attached full offer (which I doubt), it could also be that Cam Luper didn't want to face the competition he'd see at Auburn.

I'm not saying Trooper is the most professional-looking person in the coaching profession, but the way people judge him is absolutely ridiculous. Not once in his coaching career has he been involved in any cheating scandal, and yet college football fans see that he's black, he wears his hat backward and he twirls a towel in the air for a 2-3 hours on a fall Saturday, and he automatically gets a slang nickname of "Troopa" and is associated with cheating and a thuggish lifestyle.
You say all that bullshite like that was my quote, when it wasn't at all. Everything in your post makes you sound like a bigot.
Chizik needs to put some reigns on TT.
Then you respond with this little hypocritical nugget:

It's one of the most shallow judgmental acts I've ever seen in my life, and fans in general ought to be ashamed.

That fat sack of shite. If I was Chizik he would literally be crying in pain right now. No words.

Dismukes is 26 so he is good that way.

This is what will happen.
And I wonder, what situation has happened at auburn since Chizik arrived has he not handled swiftly or strong enough?

Those people breaking rules need to be given laxatives and then made to run the stadium stairs after eating a truckload of Taco Bell bean burritos in 100 degree heat. Then they can clean up their mess. That'll deter better than any dinky game suspensions.

Or maybe he just didn't want to play on a team with his dad as a coach. I know I'd never take a job if it meant reporting to my dad.

I think it is a bs charge of public intox, but arrested and still playing is a bad PR move for Auburn.
I think it's like others have said that know the police scene in AU as it relates to football players...he had to be doing something INCREDIBLY STUPID for the cops to not want give Chizik a chance to handle this stuff in house. Their hands had to be completely tied with no other choice but cuff him and put him in the back of a squad car.

In all seriousness I am embarrassed and especially from a starter who is supposed to be a leader. Chizik and staff really need to figure something out to help curb these issues. I am also fed up with these incidents taking place so frequently.
