This is the downside to being the best conference in the country. You always have someone digging to find dirt on you because everyone is so godamn jealous. Some of these "journalists" really make me sick. Yeah, im sure that sounds a little hypocritical coming from a bama guy that has been waiting for the hammer to drop for months now, but this is sounding like there isnt gonna be many teams in the SEC left unscathed.

Maybe, but I doubt it. Surely we are better at cheating (since we do it as much as anyone not named SMU or Auburn) than that. Additionally, you have to think of the timeline. Bama had just been place on probation, told we were "starring down the barrell of a gun" and hired Shula with the sole purpose cleaning up our images/practices.
I think Keys may have received assistance - as NBamaAlum said - moving from LA to Ala while still in HS, but I don't think he got paid money to come to Bama (pressure by the Sharriefs probably led to that decision), nor do I think he got money while AT Bama under Shula.
Now, if you want to talk about stuff that was going on under Perkins, Curry, and DuBose we can talk for days about that.
