I believe Kirby makes empty promises during recruiting and player evaluations. He tells them how much money they'll make and tells them when they'll start and what role they'll have before they even step on the field. And then when it doesn't happen , the players realize he's full of shite and they want to leave. That's why so many Georgia players are leaving now and Beck wants more money. That's why Burton and Marshall walked out. They also know Kirby can't beat Coach Saban. They see the ownership , they aren't blind. And most importantly , Saban has a different approach with players and recruits. He is up front with them. He tells them they have to work hard and prove themselves. He tells them if tney want a better NIL deal or want to get to the NFL they have to work their arse off for it and prove they are the best man on the roster at their position and want to win for the TEAM. Players appreciate and respect real talk like that. And this is why Alabama football is navigating the recruiting trail , NIL and transfers portal more successfully. Fast talkers like Kirby and Jimbo who feed bullshite are failing lol. Another Bama fans opinion. Sounds spot on

This thread should be successful

My honest opinion is that UGA has turned into a program very similar to UA, only several years behind due to UAs longevity. They are seeing some of the similar issues that UA has seen when it comes to sustained success: assistance coaching turnover, portal transfers, etc.

They will manage it just fine. But if you have success, its very difficult to sustain it, and it comes with unique issues.

Yep, those Georgia Bulldogs are having a devil of a time attracting high end talent to their school.

Also, Kirby just won 2 straight

Bama fans are trying to act like they have already won the Natty this year, you have 2 games to win baw

And one of those teams already beat you

The examples you list are contrary to your opening statement.

Burton was a starter. Kirby didn't lie to him about his position, guy was one of the top receivers on the team.

Same with AD Mitchell.

Who the hell is Marshall?

He's referring to Trezmen Marshall. He's one of our starting LBs, and I don't even like him that much

Your evidence of this is overwhelming and absolutely compelling.
Especially considering that Kirby was Sabans best recruiter and the evidence precedes kirbys time at Georgia.

Yes. Players wanting something more is because Kirby is Kirby.
Human nature has nothing to do with it. No avarice in a college football player's head outside of Athens.
The lies that Kirby must juggle.

I'm just lucky that I clicked this thread.

This is some impressive fan fiction.

For your next novel I would recommend using paragraphs.

Uga needs attrition to bring in our 2024 recruiting class.

Nice troll. Dumb premise and one solid paragraph of text.

However, you need to leave out the punctuation if you want to make it in the big leagues.

The only one that really matters is that Kirby is 47...

Nick is 72...

Does this guarantee that either of them continuing coaching? Or stay where they are? Or don't get hit by a bus (god forbid)?

Age doesn't really matter.
