Did Dae’quan Wright really testify under oath today that the reason to allow him to return to college is that he will make seven figures this season playing TE for LSU?

Is $1 million really the market price for a TE these days?

Insanity if a back up tight end makes that much.

Well we payed Lagway like 3 million or so and he had never shown an ability to competently read a defense before we did that last season.

Based on your record it appears there were large periods of time when LSU was not.

That’s what he was paid by Ole Miss so he thinks that’s doable.

No. He testified that ole miss paid him that much so that's what he thinks his value is. It isn't, especially since he isn't starting.

What does it matter?

How much is bama paying their players? Probably more than you make a year.

That’s how this all started. Ole Miss couldn’t afford him so he went to LSU. Carter got made and joined with your AD and used Sankey to make LSU bend to their will.

Game’s over! I told you it was a losing battle. Now you and Ole Miss get to hire new AD’s. Maybe a few financial fines will be in order to threat expelling a founding member over hurt feelings.

Yes. Thank you for pointing this out. LSU wasn't bidding against itself and we know that at least one SEC school was also involved in his recruitment. But, here we are.
