Just because a judge grants a TRO or injunction doesn’t mean the SEC has to honor it.
Is there a risk for them to lose CFP participation? Or have half their athletic budget seized?

The SEC gives us special treatment, it's what happens when you make the playoffs and don't have a coach bringing shame to the conference.

NCAA won't fight it and that's who LK thought he would be going up against. Conferences obviously have more power. SEC has no problem with it then he is playing.
