Col. Aggy is the SEC Rant's resident historian on all matters related to The University of Texas.

Good job. When does your UT book come out... errr.. get published?

Why can't Auburn ever reach that level?....you know, the level Alabama (and some other schools) has reached multiple times...got a reason for that?

Coaching and talent. I bet you think I'm one of those guys that cares a lot about this. I don't cry or kill trees over football, bud.

I think Texas talent is overrated. They always fill their class with Texans that never really live up to their billing.

Not to mention Bama has won a natty with two different Texas QB's

Really? Hurts won a title for them? Last I checked, Coker won the 2015 title and Hurts was benched last season in favor of the winning QB.

To be fair, they had Colt McCoy so can't say they missed on Stafford. Garrett Gilbert was heralded, they just ruined him.

That's one. Who was the other QB for Texas that won a title for Saban at Alabama?

McCarron was from Alabama
Coker was from Alabama
Tagovialoa is from Hawaii

They picked Jevan Snead over Matt Stafford...you can ABSOLUTELY say they missed on him.

Unless I'm mistaken he is the only Texas qb to start and win a national title for Alabama ever.

I hope you don’t make any decisions outside of the fry line in the mess hall.

Wasn’t the law school.. undergraduates almost exclusively fell into this scenario.

Nice to see you support the SJW movement though.. now several offspring of our rich donors can’t fricking get into UT & their options are the truck stop diploma mill aka TAMU or take the money out of state.

Congrats liberal.

t.u. absolutely backed into the 2009 Championship. Ask any Nebraska or (honest) t.u. fan.

Why Nebraska and the rest of us that could fled from their conference herpes as fast as we could. OU wants you to ignore the cold sores while they beg you to take them.

I don't think that, Dan...and I'm glad that you don't. There are too many Auburn posters around here who DO care too much, and have a terrible time coping with the fact that their team will never be able to achieve the recognition and acclaim that the Alabamas, Southern Cals and a few other tradition rich universities have attained. It's nothing against them nor their school, but they just can't accept it as one of those facts of life.

Last time I checked, a Texan has started the last 28 games at QB for Alabama.

Wrong as always.. Stafford was headed to UGA by his junior year of HS.

Mack Brown put all his eggs in the Garrett Gilbert basket and it flopped.

Well... There it is. An aggy who doesn't know the rules.

Under Big 12 officiating, ALL plays were reviewed for egregious errors. The clock was reset several times during that game, or any game for that matter.

Ever seen that man in a striped shirt stop play and ask the timekeeper to reset the clock. For sure, you have.

Just because it was perceived as the last play of the game, does NOT mean it was not reviewable for timekeeping errors.

Clearly, the ball landed out of bounds with one second left.

Aggy is so fricking stupid, it hurts. They are an embarrassment to the Great State of Texas.

You "fled" because you couldn't hang

BigXII Results vs. Texas
NEB - 1-9
COL - 3-7
MIZ - 2-7
TAM - 5-11
