There is nothing A&M has ever done, nor ever will do to be a power program. Spend all the money you want, you will always be everyone’s little brother. It has to suck to move from the big 12 and get away from your big brother Texas, only to run into LSU and receive 7 arse whoopings in a row.

There's football and basketball. A&M and LSU have the same amount of conference titles and national titles in football since A&M entered the conference. A&M has more conference titles in basketball and both LSU and A&M have the same amount of national titles

LSU had Jimbo in the bag. State legislators screwed everything up for us. Our governor was scared of the PR nightmare coming from paying Jimbo 7 million while cutting the state medical funding.
I fully expect the Aggies to close on Jimbo. He has been wanting to get out for a while.
