Perhaps they thought it would work out like it did in 2007 vs Florida

This happens every year at the Tech-Georgia game. He sends his goons to midfield to dance on the logo (home or away) and do their best to start shite and when they run on the field they run down to the other endzone and taunt Tech as they run on the field behind the wreck. Whoever previously posted in this thread about being shocked Richt would allow this and that he is a fraud because he tries to make everyone believe he runs a great program and does things the right way was spot on. He is a fraud but he continues to get a pass. You SEC guys just don't see it as much as we do. Congrats to Bama for running right past it as if they weren't even there. They showed a lot of poise and class. One of these days they are going to start a melee of epic proportions and it's gonna be bad. I was surprised it didn't happen when he sent them on the field against Florida after the TD years ago but I think the Florida players were so shocked as to what was happening that they froze and did nothing. They probably thought the officials would do something but the Reverend got away with it.
As I stated, this could be excellent insight into why they seem to lack the focus needed to make title runs...a symptom maybe.

Only thing I saw in the clip was Richt sending his young men to welcome the Alabama players by players by witnessing to and sharing their personal testimony about theLord and Savior Jesus Christ. Later when the Alabama players were warming up, Richt instructed his players to invite their opponents to join them in a pregame prayer circle at midfield.

Richt is a godly man.

\ And obviously if you read Sabans post game quotes, UGA wasn't the only one to blame in this "taunting"...

You're a fricking idiot if you think that. Sure, when the UGA players come running over and talking shite, some Bama players are gonna reply, and Saban was pissed that they might get too emotionally hyped like they were in the Ole MIss game. That's all Saban was saying. This bullshite was all on Georgia. You have an idiot for a coach that puts up with this shite, and as a result, no team in all of college football, with the possible exception of Texas, was more humiliated yesterday.

Bruh.. Teams don't do that without at least a tacit blessing from the head coach.

Don't know about that, but this much is certain...if they run to the top of the stadium 100 times on Sunday morning, they'll never do it again.

The one true interpretation of the afternoon's events.

It's Bama's fault that Sanford's visitor tunnel exits into the middle of the designated RB drill area.

Here's the UGA team getting off the bus yesterday. It's the culture of the program.

UGA rocks the bus

You know you're getting old -- well, older -- when your first thought is, "Geez, y'all know how much it would cost to replace the shocks, struts, and axles? Be careful, dammit."

My entire opinion of Richt changed completely when I watched the WLOCP in 2013(?) His players were completely classless thugs during that game.

The amazing thing is that Richt's charges were also completely classless thugs at Auburn in 2010, but y'all hated Auburn with such a heated intensity that year, y'all blinded your eyes to it, because Nick Fairley or something.

Very first cheap shot personal foul in that game? UGA.

Chop block called in that game? UGA.

Taunting in that game? UGA.

Entire team leaves the bench and enters the field for a fight? UGA.
