I have no doubt but take a look at OUs roster while he was in Norman. It’s a bunch of 4* DBs that were ranked in the top 20 at their position nationally. It’s not like he was trying to coach up a bunch of 2&3* guys. Regardless, if an analysis is all he is going to be then that’s the best case scenario for the Tigers. They don’t want him anywhere near the field, being hands on with their DBs. Guys will never turn their head and find the ball again, was the most maddening time I’ve ever experienced as a fan.

Corey is a good coach and a good recruiter. Time will tell on your question.

Regardless of his ability to coach the secondary, Florida needs to prove it is serious about recruiting. Corey Raymond can flat out recruit. People can spin this any way they want but this makes Florida better.
LSU already has to worry about Alabama and A&M grabbing Louisiana kids but now I think Florida starts being really aggressive as well. Hopefully BK can keep the stay locked down like O did.

He was a good coach. I mean the last two years your DBs looked completely lost out there. Recruiter? no doubt? Coach? He was at one time. You guys may have done better letting him go. It depends on who Kelly brings in there, I guess.

ive seen so many coaches comes through UF that were supposed to be the guys to make them DBU

Yep lsu will never have good db’s again. Only one guy in our long history ever produced great db’s.
