if they applied that standard every game there would be an ejection every other game

so kill shots on punt returners who aren't that close to fielding a punt is something that happens about every other game?

I think it was Adams last week that got punished by Ole Miss on the exact same type of play. It happens all the time. That's why punt returners are crazy sob's.

Did he get up and celebrate causing an injury? I doubt it.

Wade isn't a pussy, he wasn't hurt, but the other teams player did celebrate the hit.

But the rantards are saying that it wasn't so much the hit (personal fouls happen all of the time), it was the celebration. And Wade is a piece of shite because he didn't check on the guy first. These are ACTUAL comments from LSU fans. Read the thread.

Here's another example of how a TRUE sportsman checks on his opponent before celebrating:

I never said Wade was a piece of shite for not checking on the guy. He's a piece of shite for taking a malicious cheap shot on a punt returner who called fair catch.

That hit by jarvis landry was bad arse. It was a perfect form tackle by a ball carrier. Wade needs to learn the rules of football during his suspension.

There should be a thread here about the Ole Miss player who did it.

Let me find it.

Mark Curles bith arse kicked him out yet they couldnt see Vady holding or the obvious facemask after interception. And Hockers personal foul was WEAK.

He should not have hit the returner. He should not have acted like a Jackass after the play and on the sideline. I am glad he was ejected. This is not typical behavior of our players or team. He embarrassed our team. The ejection was well deserved.

That was the call on the field, Jones was flagged for it.

refs make mistakes sometimes (chad jones vs arkansas). today, they got it right by ejecting wade.

How is this even a debate? There is 10 pages on this? How in the world can you even try to defend this? This thread is about the most extreme example of homers defending their team no matter what actually happened.

I don't' think he tired to do anything wrong, th guy moved up on a short punt, and if you watch the replay it's clear as day he did not call fair catch. tried to time it right, after looking at it like 25 times on youtube

think h e is a fricking idiot for wolfing like that and that is disgraceful should have been ejected, and would not be against him sitting nxt week. we are better than that.

ps- put him on defense please

Yep. Not the worst I've seen, but the refs were fully right to eject him. I remember a pretty bad one when Georgia and Hawaii played a while ago.

They will defend anything. Remind me of Auburn fans last year.
