Chad Jones lead with his shoulder in a legal hit. Your thug player took a cheap shot and got ejected for it, don't be mad. I'm unsure of the exact ruling, but he should be suspended for the following game as well.

Check out this big hit where a true example for sportsmanship checks to make sure if his opponent is okay before celebrating!

Legal hit vs Illegal hit

I don't think a fair catch or celebration had anything to do with the ejection. I've seen these types of hits ejected before on punt returners, not your typical defenseless receiver over the middle.

You seem to be unsure of plenty in the thread.
Chad Jones led with his helmet and was flagged for such a cheap shot.

it was a horseshite call from a horseshite ref
Any time Arkansas has Curles reffing a game they should go for his knees. He's earned it.

You are a real moron if you think jones led with his head.

you are better then this.
It was an illegal hit. It deserved a penalty, and if he did extra celebrating or taunting at the end then he deserved two flags. The Vandy player had to run forward at the last second and wasn't clear about his fair catch, and Wade was trying to be aggressive and make a play. It's frikin SEC football, if they applied that standard every game there would be an ejection every other game.

Arkansas fans sure do like to cry about refs. You and DaleDenton need a shoulder to cry on.

Wrong. Mallett threw a shitty pass and forced your receiver to leave his feet and he got punished for it by a good clean football hit.
Today, your player took a malicious and intentional cheap shot on a defenseless (and protected) player. Then celebrated the injury he caused. :classy:
Good call by the ref

I went back and watched. The Arky player at least has to let attempt to catch the ball.
Suppose to, but the returner was running towards them and made a movement with his arms like was preparing to catch the ball or about to catch the ball.
shite happens, if you don't want it to happen a fair catch needs to be clearly called before hand.
I'm pretty sure Wade was on the receiving end of one of these types of hits in the Punt return where the defender had the ball hit him in the back as he led with his head in to Wade. No ejection occurred, no threads here from hogsessed lsu posters...

So according to him Chad Jones who was flagged for illegal helmet to helmet made a clean play versus a guy who was flagged for kick catch interference made a dirty play and should be suspended an additional game.

But the rantards are saying that it wasn't so much the hit (personal fouls happen all of the time), it was the celebration. And Wade is a piece of shite because he didn't check on the guy first. These are ACTUAL comments from LSU fans. Read the thread.
Here's another example of how a TRUE sportsman checks on his opponent before celebrating:

Illegal or not, worth aaan ejection or not, that hit was fun to watch.
youd think the issue people had was that he celebrated it. and yea, hes a dumbass for that, i think most agree, but most realize that if he hadnt nothing wouldve happened, and krause is on the ground regardless.
so i dont get the point of ejecting a player celebrating a big hit, there are unsportsmanlike conduct penalties that exist for said dumbasses

3) The only penalty called was interfering with the catch.
If that is true then he should not have been ejected.
However, if a PF was called for taunting then it does open the door for an ejection.
I heard that Vandy declined the interfering with the catch penalty because they advanced the ball 30+ yards while the Arky ST were yucking it up. However, if a DB PF was called for taunting or USC and the ejection, then an additional 15 yards should have been added to the line of advance.
Was it?

Did he get up and celebrate causing an injury? I doubt it.
You are just so angry. You related to the stupid thug that got ejected?
