Now that football season is here when do people start getting sick of hearing Yahoo post more stories about cheating - seems like these guys could care less about sports and more about trashing programs

From your link

I’m wondering why a good school like Texas, doing things legitimately, and there are others like them, doesn’t go out and hire a private investigator and have this stuff looked at. It is endangering the lifeblood of the program. If payments happen, does the IRS know? Does the involved school know? These are all interesting questions.

Yea well its fun to go back and forth but the last thing you want is your rival to get hammered hard by the NCAA, last years Iron Bowl was one of the best in years even though my team ended up without the win - but the game actually meant something and that has happen for a while

OH I agree I have said it many times I liked the feel of last years IB, and want that every year.

The same guy who wrote the first piece on Barking Carnival that I posted started this thread on Shaggy Bevo on 7/09/09 and it's basically still going today. (last post 9/02/11)
In either this thread or a separate one on Shaggy Bevo, a poster came on, said they worked for Yahoo as a researcher and thanked the posters in the thread for helping them piece together some of the info they used in the story about Oregon and Lyles.
There is another thread on Shaggy Bevo about Seastrunk where the Close-to-jumping guy and Lache's aunt went back and forth because she didn't know who Lyles was.

Those Texas fans are some sanctimonious pricks to believe everyone else to be guilty.

Well, if LSU goes down they have nobody to blame but themselves for being completely retarded. This will never happen again though because all subscription services over 5K are now competitive in Louisiana. Shame on LSU Athletics if they knowingly paid for his "influence"

frick I don't like that LSU is linked to this scumbag. IF someone did pay him to steer recruits our way, that same fricker better pay him to keep his mouth shut about us.

umm... you do realize the NCAA hasn't even come close to finishing their investigations on Miami yet don't you?
we won't find out what happens to them until at least next Fall.
