Guess the fact that Michigan wants RRod gone isn't helping the recruitment of Dee Hart.

---

I had a short conversation with Dr. Phillips senior RB Dee Hart. When asked to comment on his commitment to Michigan he responded by saying "we’re working on it." Asked if he would consider re-opening his recruitment he simply stated "we will see soon." That is all he gave me at that time. However I then spoke with a coach who is very close to the situation. He told me "not to worry right now" but that there are struggles not in Dee's hands. With that said, Auburn is after him hard after they lost Mike Blakely to Florida. This situation is very fluid and our staff has a lot of work to do (in two separate ways) to keep Hart committed to the maize and blue

Ha more like AU thought they were getting Blakely so they told Dee Hart no thanks. Now that they failed with Blakely, they're going back to Hart. Taking a page out of the Saban playbook.

well we told blakely to F off after he changed his mind on distance being a factor. he told us earlier in the process that it wouldnt be so we had him number 1 on the board and then he said recently that we might be too far from home. so apparently one of our coaches told him how he really felt about that and that was the start of "there's something wrong with blakely to auburn" that happened a few weeks ago.

This is not surprising. In fact it would only be surprising if Dee Hart was NOT considering AU again. From all accounts early on, AU was where he wanted to be. Then he received incorrect information that Blakely would commit to AU (and Blakely was AU's top target) and he decided to commit to Michigan. AU wanted Hart and Blakely all along. Now that Blakely is out of the picture, I would be surprised if AU were not back on Hart's radar.

HArt has said since this summer that going to Um will be determined alot by their season. They were 5-0 and he was all about it...5-3 and not so much.

UF's offer was to risky for AU so they counter offered again with Hart. Oh and yes... I agree they took a page out of the Saban playbook.
