Team couldn’t have achieved a single goal for the season. No sec championship, No CFP, and No Nattie. We don’t give points for beating a couple of our rivals if it doesn’t result in bigger things, after all we’re not auburn, at least we weren’t before this season.

Plus he’s supposed to be an offensive guru. Where was the innovation, scheming receivers open, Nowhere.

If Nick Sheridan calls another play for a team above middle school level, it’s criminal.
Probably the worst OC at alabama ever. He is singularly to blame for oklahoma. Regressed to the tennesse game plan, instead of what worked against lsu: Handing the ball to the backs, screens, checkdowns, then let millroe run. That dipshit had the nerve to come out of the box and take a bow for lsu before the game was over. Then toss a turd like the oklahoma gameplan. His presser was “ we didn’t put the players in situations where they could succeed” Really stupidarse????? It’s the end of the season, why couldn’t you learn by now???? Gus is einstein compared to this putz.

You get one more year, shula, i mean deboer. Make it count or get the eff out. You got the benefit of a 12 team playoff..12 teams!!! 12 teams 12 teams, and you effed that up at bama. Effin bama. How about you lose the t shirt until you can build a team that can get in the playoffs ahead of smu…bama got beat out by smu…we have to make an argument against smu???? Friggin’SMU !!!
Is this lacrosse???? Augggh what a nightmare of a season!!!! Auggghh you charlie brown lookin’ mofo.

Get to work!!!

Shut up. He did a solid B job for his first season. 9-3, some big wins (including Georgia), won the Iron Bowl, and had a good recruiting class. Was about as smooth of a transition as any reasonable person could hope for when the GOAT retires. Lost a couple of games we shouldnt, and the OU game was bad, but everybody is going to have some bumps in a transition year.

That’s all well and good.

The reason Bama is a good team is the same reason they are also a bad team: Milroe the Dildo. He just isn’t a guy who can distribute and manage an offense. He can run like crazy. And he’s got the arm to do spectacular things. But he doesn’t do those things consistently.

Saban didn’t win it all with him either.

He actually won the SEC and was a play away from competing for (and inevitably winning because Washington was overrated) the NC.

Deboer made Milroe worse and lose to Vandy and Oklahoma.

Bruh its a first year coach that won most of his games. Chill out. No one and I mean no one is gonna be Saban. You had a good year, and if you had beat Tennessee or Oklahoma you would be in, but you didn't. Take your good recruiting class and build to next year.

I like him thus far.

Probably a 1 loss team at most if we didn't have a run based QB who falls down at the first sign of contact.

Milroe should go back and watch the Oklahoma game so he can see what a QB who works for every yard he can get looks like, because it sure as hell wasn't him.

Saban was a 4th and 31 from not being in the playoffs last season. Also almost lost to a horrible Arkansas team. Milroe is an extremely hard qb to win with due to his limited abilities. DeBoer still managed to beat #19, #15 and #2 with him.

So you are saying you started watching Bama football a couple years into Saban’s tenure?

He is in his first year. Look at Nick Saban's first year at Alabama. You know nothing about first year HC. If you look at BK he hasn't made any progress from year one to year 3. That isn't looking good for BK and LSU.

Exactly, total blow job performance. I could curve to a f+. Lincoln riley turned the last jalen into a pro quarterback. Wtf did deboer do with this jalen? nada.

There’s no way English is your first language.

Went 9-3, had some big wins, and narrowly missed the playoffs in his first year. Beat a couple of our main rivals (AU and LSU) and had a big win va UGA. And put together a good recruiting class in his first year in the south.

But yeah sure, “nada”.

Lot of “almosts” there.

That’s OP’s point. Deboer had a really bad first year at Alabama. This is his most talented, developed team he will probably have in his tenure. Instead of making Milroe better, he seemed to get worse. When Alabama needed innovative strategies for overcoming their deficiencies, even when the season was still very much on the right track, they got obliterated by a bad Oklahoma squad.

They were open, but the guru can't throw it to them.

DeBoer is in his first year at Alabama. He had to get the players, coaches to gel. Give him another year. He didn't know what to expect in his first year because he is new to being the HC at Alabama and the SEC. Also the players were new to him and they had to learn a new offense and a new defense. Lincoln Riley was at OU for a while and it was just the quarterback that he had to deal with. DeBoer had to deal with the whole roster.

Milroe is still the same guy he was last year. What do you do when Milroe keeps throwing it to the other team? 15tds and 10 ints on the season is horrible. Not to mention the fumbles. I can't count how many times there were open receivers and Milroe just didn't see them or overthrew them. The fact is he has had 3 OC's and he has not improved one bit. So either all 3 OC's are terrible. Or maybe, just maybe, it's a Milroe problem.

Excuse me sir, but where is this developed talent at?

Which players are you speaking about exactly?

Talent - yes.

Developed talent? No. That is why Saban retired, they don't care about getting developed anymore, just who pays the most.

I'm anxious to see what DeBoer does with a different QB. I think the same thing scares others.
