I don't know were you get your series info but on jhowell.net it's 24-21 State with all scores listed. Also, since we became permanent opponents in 1990 we have been deep dicking UK to the tune of 18-10. If there are two SEC schools State fans can talk shite to it's Kentucky and Vandy which is sad.

What we're trying to say is Mullen is the main reason for the ownage. He's gone now and will continue to own us at Florida but with him gone from MSU we can get back to playing State even.
ETA. As far as the head to head record, Wikipedia has it at 23-22 for State.
