Are you aware that an estimated 14,000 trees around the world have died since this thread started. All I'm saying is some trees in auburn could be next.

I actually know the guy cutting that tree down , he said auburn officials were there and every limb they cut was bagged up as soon as they were cut. He tried to get a souvenir small piece but they wouldn't let anyone get anything. Lol I think they chopped it into little pieces and sold them

That's a good guess, but wrong. They actually built an altar out of the wood shaped like a huge cow. It's located at coordinates:

about a quarter mile behind the Dollar General off West Farmville Road in a secret cow pasture.
They have plaques on the altar in recognition of the tree but, the altar itself is cow shaped with large udders that the penitent bow at when praying for victories in football.
