The guy is a giant douche. I have a home in Rosemary Beach and live here 7-8 months a year. The summers are awful.
There are tons of nashville people down here, but I see very few TN / ugly orange gear.
Lots of Georgia/bama/auburn.

I wouldn’t say ruined, but it’s certainly not what once was.
I joined Watersound Club two years ago and it’s been an huge improvement for us. The beach club is amazing. Good food and bar service, never crowded. Golf and two club houses are nice, but not special. The gym is mid, at best, however it’s close (I ride my bike there) and it’s never crowded.

And lately meaning the last handful of years, a shite like of Texas tags. But that’s normally in the Seaside and Watercolor area where the homes are 5-10m +

I was staying at One Seagrove Place 40+ years ago when Seaside was still a glimmer in Robert Davis’ eye. You’ll find me at Mexico Beach, Cape San Blas or St George Island…. Florida the way it’s supposed to be.

I live down here on the panhandle. 30 miles north of Santa Rosa Beach.
PCB is pretty much a shite hole. Shootings every night, Hit & Runs every night.
Traffic and LSVs are a frickin nightmare.
Not to mention Spring Break and the Snow Birds. Saying around here is stay off Highway 331 from January to October because Yankees and Texans think they own the roads.
Around these parts the saying is "Can't wait to get our beaches back. October will be here soon but NOT soon enough"!

I have a one bedroom at Summer Breeze for 20 years across from public access #49 in Miramar. Seriously considering selling as the clientele sucks!
Illegals sleeping in cars overnight, using the bathrooms to shower early morning. Filth, trash, cigarette butts, fights on the beach. Deep holes left in the sand causing someone to break a foot, leg walking at night. Total disregard for nature and the beauty of the area.
Do not get me started on the 4th of July fireworks fools shoot out into the gulf.
From Ft Walton to PCB. Deteriorating each year. Sad!
