Does NCAA guidelines match up with what he said? Just because he said something, doesn't mean it is actually, you know.. protocol. He was taking heat nationally, and was in pr, spin control at that time. So please, as you so often over the last 7 months have requested, post a link to NCAA protocol showing that compliance and the investigative portion work together and communicate when determing compliance issues when schools make a report to the compliance dept. Thanks.
