What's the difference between cowbells and piped in noise. Piped in noise is an artifical noise maker.Cowbells are a tradition and ya'll know it. It may be annoying but so it Rocky Top and that damn Hotty Totty.

Nobody cares about them until they start showing a little promise. I won't worry about it unless I get hit upside the head with one. Then somebody's gonna get an arse whuppin!

I didnt know that they were still piping in rocky top. and by pipin in I mean playing it over loud speakers. I thought they quit that, am I wrong? If so then that is illegal too, but it isnt going on during a play where it could affect the opposing teams hearing like the cowbells do.

Cowbells will be legal until if affects a bama school, then they will be taken away

We actually had Walken's "More Cowbell" SNL skit as part of our Intro for our first game, but I think that NBC heard about it and we never had it before any of our other games

They kept doing it. Not sure if it was every game though.

Those cowbells are dangerous they are so scary.

If you get beat by a cowbell you are gonna get beat up regardless if the guy had one or not.

first off I was saying they can be used as a weapon as a joke. secondly, the first time I saw someone get hit with a cowbell was when I was 12 years old and a 6'5 LSU fan got his teeth knocked out. If you use a cowbell in a fight youre a puss, but probably smart

Not much...the interviewers did not do a good job. They asked about how to get to the top of the SECW and about the legacy that Sherill left(cheating)...it was a fairly bad interview by the radio. He did speak on Chris Relf and his potential this year.

Will surprise a lot of teams in 2010, kid is an excellent runner. I just hope he works a lot on his passing between now and Labor Day Weekend.
