Sure, State graduates more females each year than Ole Miss. Even with lower female pay rates, we still have a higher average starting salary than Ole Miss.

How would that matter in any sort of way when the starting salary numbers are all averages, that have everything to do with percentages?

Too much slant and opinion in what you are attempting to say to take any of it very seriously to be honest with you. I'm a numbers person. You can reason that something may be how you are describing -- and it very well could be true -- but if you can't show me quantitatively, I can't take it seriously.
"Women only make 80%"? Equally qualified women make the same amount of money. Simple fact. If they didn't, they would be wrecking shite in the court system for gender discrimination. Thus, it seems to me you are attempting to double-quantify for the "stay at home moms" -- which are likely already accounted for with the "average 80% salary" number...

I love Msu But I most defiantly played for the best football team in the State of Miss (Delta State University) ... If you think i'm lying check the win loss records,conference titles,and national titles/appearance I mean my school speaks academically and athletically. #FeartheOkra LINK all we do is win LINK

But what is the ratio of males to females graduating each year? More doesn't matter, percentages do.
% female + % male=100%
If Ole Miss graduated 10% more females than males than does State, hypothetically the average salary will go down. It is not hard to comprehend.

If I remember right, the starting salary figures didn't include newly minted doctors, lawyers, or pharmacists who graduated from Ole Miss.
