I'm doing this out of respect for Mullen. He's an excellent coach that has exceeded every expectation imaginable in Starkville. I'm flabbergasted and downright appalled by his lack of appreciation

I think Mullen is a great coach and done great things. But when you can't get a guy that's within passing distance, something is wrong with that. This kid probably has been to numerous games, dreamed of playing for State and Mullen still can't get him. The same thing can be said about Lashley too. He is within rock throwing distance. How can it be " Our State" when we can't even win Starkville.

This is obsession at its finest.

I am the farthest thing from being an Ole Miss fan, cant stand em actually, but that is laughable.

Any person from any planet would take Freeze and Ole miss a thousand times before Mullen and state. From a football perspective, at this point and time, Ole Miss is light years better, in every sense.

Obsession? I highly doubt that.

PS. Mullen looked like an idiot spraying the confetti in a can to celebrate a signing.

That'd be the logical train of thought considering he's a Starkville native and Mullen has had 7 years to develop some kind of rapport with him

dreamed of playing for State
Evidently that's just untrue. I'm just basing this assessment on the fact that he grew up in Starkville and committed to Ole Miss - the most detestable act possible. The fact of the matter is that AJ is just too talented to join that abomination of a class at program with a plummeting stock. February 3rd, 2016 signified the end for Mississippi State football. The gig is up

It's cool. Ole Miss took one from State . State took one from Ole Miss. I heard that Ole Miss swore they had Simmons

Noxubee County is a Mississippi State pipeline. Mullen offered Simmons coach a job and has had him locked down for over a week. It's an obvious scheme to make it look like he somehow flipped Simmons. Mullen knows that's the only way to appease you simps. 31st ranked class compared to the 4th, but we took a 5* from Ole Miss!

Laughable, yet pathetic

OP wants it to be so much more than that though.

Rare air times for Ole Miss, but this double layer tampon posts about MSU daily.

I've been complimentary of both Howland and Mullen throughout my entire time on this site. Everyone gets so mad at me, man. I just don't get it

I understand the logic and it most certainly doesn't phase me. A program on the uprise is seldom complimented.

What makes you think MSU football is going down? Abomination of a class? Not quite.

Do you ever sit and ponder how awesome your life is when you spend all morning compiling quotes from another internet message board?

It took me all of 5 minutes to compile those quotes. They literally came from only two threads. I understand you're mad, I'd be upset as well -- but once again let me clarify, your disdain is misdirected. You're mad at your coach. You're upset that you exert ample time and energy supporting a second-rate athletic program. You're mad at yourself

I'm sorry that your fanbase is full of moronic psychopaths. I find myself questioning their sanity at times. Go chime in with your pals and threaten AJ Brown and his family. Apparently it's the trendy thing to do at the moment
quote:

AJ is just making crap up to take the heat off him. He's got a real problem now.

Can he go to the grocery store in Starkville?

Wal Mart?

Out to eat?

What's going to happen when an MSU frat boy sees him around town?

The kid just made an extremely immature, almost spiteful decision that could make his life in Starkville not so good for him or his family. My guess is that the family moves to Oxford within a couple of years. AJ's immaturity has gotten his family in a real pickle here
