Dan Mullen is 7-32 vs the top 25 according to this site.
That is an 18% winning percentage at Mississippi State.
Butch Jones was 4-19 vs top 25 opponents while at Tennessee.
That is a 17% winning percentage at Tennessee.
So...Muffin would be a step up for UT.

Play the SECW gauntlet every year and then get back to me on what Paul Johnson's W-L record would be against top 25 teams.
No doubt a high percentage of Paul Johnson's Top 25 opponents are ranked 20-25 while most of Mullen's are Top 10 or 15. I think I read where Mullen's record against teams ranked #20-25 is 2-2 or 3-2.
