Because I'm not giving you an opinion on this. It's a fact.

Whether or not it gets used is certainly debatable -- but it's in place and will not be a concern for the decision.

I was pretty surprised by how low Mullen's buyout is. Chizik's was 7.5 million.

LOL! I answered you. Mizzou has never out recruited MSU, yet they have a coach who was able to put them in the top 5. Enough said. If you can not grasp that.......

And I explained why your answer was insufficient.

quote:

Because of what? Their coach knows how to use lesser talent to get the best out of them.

My point is that it's not all lesser talent. Their DL > yours, their WR > yours, their QB > yours (when he's healthy)

A lot of teams win games by having good quarterbacks and receivers and average talent elsewhere. That's football, idiot.

Who cares what their class is ranked? They have better players at key positions (and, yes, they were highly ranked as recruits, too. I mean, shite, they got DGB just two years ago, and he was the NUMBER ONE PLAYER IN THE COUNTRY).

quote:

Yea.. they beat UF with a freshman QB getting his first sec start.

A Florida team that's going to be 6-6 at the end of the year. Bad example is bad.

quote:

They took USCe to OT with the same freshman QB getting his second start.

The same USCe team that has also been dealing with injuries? That team? The one that lost to Tennessee the week prior?

UF and USCe aren't as good as you want them to be for the sake of your argument.

drkhs pls go hoam let adults tlak ok thx

You are arguing with darkhorse. He is either an alter or a nursing home escapee.

We get it DC, Mississippi is good at everything, and State sucks at everything.

That about sums up your opinion of everything...

I haven't read the whole thread, but I think this is a fair point.

You're asking the same board that has posters who think a coach with an 80% win percentage should be fired.

No... you are wrong. You did not.

quote:

My point is that it's not all lesser talent. Their DL > yours, their WR > yours, their QB > yours (when he's healthy)

So now you change your point. Ok.. lets go with your new point.

DL vs DL?? Can we start there?

MSU:

4* Ellus DE
5* Autry, DE
5* Evans, DT 3rd in the nation
4* James, DT 12th in the nation
5* Jones, DL 2nd in the nation

Mizzou:

4* Ray, DE
3* Hoch, DT
2* Sam, DE
3* Brantly, DT
4* Ealy, DE

Mizzou depth chart

Now, let's review just this section... DL. They have not the talent we do. Period. End of story on this one.

If you don't get that, then it's your mind not working and maybe starved for oxygen.

We can move forward if you want...
