Dan has his offense humming and is trying to get people in stadiums. I put respect on his name right now.

He wants the Swamp packed this Saturday.

Kyle Field wasn’t at full capacity or anything, but I guess their fans are what made the difference between them winning and losing.

Uh, right here. Look at our offense now vs the past decade..

What a fail of a thread.

Its heartwarming that youre playing Bama this weekend yet still thinking about UF.

Mullen wants fan noise to cover up 3rd and Grantham.

Kyle Field was at 25% or 27,000. And he whines like a b**** and says he needs 90,000 gators to make that much noise.

What a loser!

I'm betting that frustration is likely because this convo has happened behind closed doors. If you think the day Desantis announced full capacity allowed, Dan did not go hard to get fans in the stands, you are crazy. I'm guessing they did not give him an answer he liked, so he used a public platform to say it and put pressure on the administration to get more in the stands.

I think they are all hiding out with the Kirby can't coach crowd.

There is only one team in the nation that is weaker against third down conversions than Florida. You did beat that team--it's Ole Miss.

I'm aware, during the game I posted that our Defense couldn't cover ME on 3rd down

I would love to see the stats for us on first and second and then third. I'd bet the YPP is double. Its absurd how many third and mid to longs we have gotten and let up. I'm starting to feel like Grantham got paid by Georgia to come here and frick us from within. Nothing he does this year has made sense.

I'm just glad that Brenton Cox can play for you guys again.

Your rushing yards per attempt has jumped up a full yard this season.
And when that happens... teams want to run even more (giving your pass rush fewer attempts).

Make sure Brenton gets most of the reps with the 1s this week, please.

I feel the offense is producing enough to win. However our defense is letting the opponents offense do more.

Not sure it’s 3rd and Grantham as much as any down and Grantham. Florida D’s playing soft.

Cox is at the wrong position. He needs to be blitzing in a more traditional sense. He has done well creating pressure at times, but him stunting seems more useful for his athleticism. This staff is not using players at natural positions and it is so very obvious at times.

You know that teams run the ball too, right?

That has always been the knock on Cox.
It is why he got leapfrogged on the depth chart by a true freshman and juco transfer in one winter (and thus wanted to transfer to an OLB coach who didnt give a shite about run assignments. We know as we watched Jarvis Jones fly around like a missile without a target for 2 years).
