His brother is also a dickhead and he can't win shite as a coach.
While it is true that many coaches are assholes, I think you have to be able to have a certain amount of self control or you are eventually going to regret it. Bobby Knight and Coach K are both assholes, but one of them could control themselves better than the other, and he didn't end up in Lubbock, Texas.
