State is so set up right now. Even with a loss Saturday they are still primed for a playoff spot. Imagine this place if Bama wins the West, gets beat in Atlanta and then a 1-loss MSU gets in over them.

State is getting to terminal fan velocity very nicely.
What I mean is that as a fan once you get to terminal fan velocity there is no where better to go.
For example, An Alabama fan gets no more enjoyment out of watching Alabama than a Georgia fan gets out of watching Georgia.
I hope I am making sense. I can see in the near future where no fan of any team will have MORE enjoyment watching their team than a State fan will of watching their team.
Once you get to terminal velocity not even being a fan of a currently cursed program, like Tennessee, will cause Tennessee fans to not to have maximum fan enjoyment.
What I mean is that as a fan once you get to terminal fan velocity there is no where better to go.
