Lou is a complete idiot. I liked when he said in BOTH 2006 and 2007 that AU had no shot at all against UF and he would be the next senator of Florida if AU won in 2006.

Why are the Alabama fans posting continuing to discuss the definition of vacated wins regarding 1993 Alabama? The games won in play that year were not vacated - they were forfeited due to sanctions by the NCAA for cheating and, by definition, officially count by the NCAA as losses.
Vacated win = As if the game were never played. Forfeit = as if the game were played and lost.
So 3 losses in play to LSU, Auburn and Florida combined with 9 losses due to forfeit and one bowl win that was not forfeited and the 1993 Alabama football team was officially 1-12 that year. Inferior to LSU, Auburn and Florida before sanctions and inferior to all regular season opponents after sanctions.

If the Gumps rely on the "vacated, not losses" defense does it mean that the season record was actually 1-3 if the "vacated" games were not played?
