"Filings in Louisiana and Kentucky are exposing the same major crack in the NCAA defense.

In Louisiana, the Texas Trial Group team in the Pyburn case revealed that the written age based eligibility rule in the 2026-27 NCAA manual has zero written exclusion for the freshman class of 2022.

In Kentucky, the RAP 20 appellate response argues the new 2026-27 NCAA manual, uncovered via Akron after being distributed only to institutions, does not exclude 2022 athletes.

The NCAA is fighting across multiple courtrooms to enforce an exclusion that is not in the text of its own manual."

Cool. Did they also forget to include no former NFL players?
