Top 10 matchup between State and Southern Miss in Hattiesburg tomorrow night.

Oregon State getting the benefit of the doubt despite Bama beating them. We're arse.

I'm good where we are. Still have a lot of improving to do. As good as our staff looks on paper, they gave up way too many walks Sat and Sun. Gonna bite them in the a$$ against better teams.

There are not 10 SEC teams ranked in the Top 20.
Shocked that you can’t count.

I would drop LSU to 4 and move both Texas and MSU up a spot each. Texas may be #1, but UCLA has a better resume after this weekend. LSU has looked pretty weak lately.

There are.
You just are getting buried in numerical data and can't count. It's probably the avalanche of downvotes on your posts confusing you.

LSU gave up a total of 3 runs over the weekend…
Arkansas gave up more runs in a home loss to UTA

I would fully expect Southern Miss to win that game, if I were you. Prepare yourself.
A. Little Brother syndrome - This is their biggest game of the year unless/until they make it to Omaha.
B. That loss last night, losing the way you did, is going to cost you another L come Tuesday. Just the way it works.

Where did I say to put Arkansas above LSU? We're not in this discussion. We're talking about the top 4 teams, so that automatically keeps us out of the discussion.
Back to the point, LSU has struggled against some really weak competition. The hitting hasn't been there. Based on resumes alone SO FAR, I just think UCLA, Texas, and MSU have all done more than LSU.
Long way to go. The talent is there to get LSU to #1 or #2, but right now, the results aren't matching the talent. Probably best for baseball. Those other 3 may be peaking too early, whereas LSU could be saving it up for later. Sorry you're offended that I think you're #4 instead of #2. LOL How will you sleep tonight????

Offended? Where?
LSU gave up 3 runs in an entire weekend which you claimed was weak.
I simply stated that Arkansas gave up more runs than that in a weekend loss at home to UTA and, clearly, you’re offended.

quote:it was a horrible week for LSU but they still took 3/4, honestly they can drop them to #15-25 for all I care. ranking are pointless in March and April. Every fan of a sec team main goal should be hoping their respective team wins 18+ conference games and secure a national seed. Thats all that matters.

Wouldn’t shock me at all.
Our travel plans back from Dallas got delayed too. I think we flew back to Memphis today and bussed to Starkville. Team could be pretty worn out after a long weekend in Arlington and immediately turning around to play a pesky top 10 team in their stadium.

OU still too low. Texas and LSU fellating one another while playing the sisters of the poor. Who knows if their pitching is actually solid or not. Looks good on paper ...

Nice to see Aggy finally play a P4 opponent last weekend.
Run ruled vs UCLA in your home State…
Yikes.

We don't think we are hot shite. You haven't played anyone and won't until conference play. Better tighten it up before you meet some teams like OU and MSU. Just remember while you and Texas are fellating one another that Schloss likes to suck cock.
So you have that going for you
So you have that going for you

that was the case this past week. The first two weeks, the hitting was crushing everyone. If them not hitting persists, maybe I'll worry more, but they hit the cover off the ball against Indiana, Notre Dame, and UCF, all solid baseball teams, so I know the hitting is there. Some of the guys who struggled last week also have proven in prior years they're awesome hitters (Curiel, Milam, Brown). It's baseball bad weeks at the plate happen. Our 2023 team even had a couple weeks where they kind of sucked at the plate.

they're 11-1 and have run ruled 4 teams. UCLA, as great as they looked this past weekend, also have looked meh in a few games this year. And Texas? They played Michigan St last weekend and won 8-1, 3-1, and 4-0. Not too dissimilar to what LSU did this weekend.
It's just funny because the first two weeks of the season, the narrative was LSU his hitting great but their pitching sucks. This past weekend their pitching gave up a total of 3 runs and only allowed 15 total baserunners in 3 games, but the hitting wasn't great.
