I was surprised Fl kept starter in so long, there are no more games. Unless Fl has a short bullpen?

I was thinking more about illegal pitch (not a balk since no one on base). I was in the other room but did he not step to pitch and just stop?

Florida has a good bullpen, but it’s not a bullpen that is intended to come in 3 straight games in a row within 3-4 innings because the starters were awful
