Stinks that he is on the older side of things but Indiana seems to have hit the jackpot for a coach. No way big fish universities arnt going after him.

He got a raise and extension last year, may get another this year.
Went from $4.5 million last year to $8 million plus a million retention bonus per year so basically $9 million. Also has a pretty generous incentive bonus structure.
