Hey I dont like it either. Id rather Arky lead the West than LSU,Bama or A&M. Bama and LSU are there every year, and A&M has the big head right now, and its hard to like them.

Not reading the thread, but I think C is too generous and I suspect we have hit bottom so we either have to be trending back up or steady on the bottom.

Can't be done at AU - that shite y'all put on the field last year was bottom of the barrel as far as AU football goes.

I'd imagine some of you would feel a sense of relief - - kinda like if you could survive being a fan through '12, you can survive anything else the football God's throw at you.

Here's to a good season in '13.

I think thats too high. With that shite show of a Sugar Bowl I think they are a B and steady, maybe going down.
i know we're living in a "what have you done lately" world, but if you go back to the preseason you'd notice many said we'd be lucky to win 8-9 games, but yet with a offense ranked in the 100's we still pull in 11 wins and you say we're trending down.

one lousy game that lsu wasn't motivated? lsu returns as much as any other team, hauled in a monster class and brought in cam. that might even be trending up.

you want to put a&m ahead of lsu who beat a&m in college station. makes sense.

you have to realize ppl on the rant don't care about head2head results, they only care about who would win an imaginary game between those 2 teams today.

So going from rolling through the '11 Season and going to the NC game to having a 3 loss season and a loss to Clemson in the Chick Fil A is trending up? K. 10-3 is very solid but elite and the definition of an "A"? K. LSU also lost a huge amount of Jr's who declared along with the Sr's and has a ridiculously difficult schedule next year. Is there talent? Absolutely. A "B+" is hardly saying things are a disaster. Could they get back to elite? Sure. But realistically the program ended poorly and isn't showing signs or going upward into next year. Excellent recruiting class but is that enough to overcome losing so much immediately? Hard to say.

A&M won their last 7 games and never even trailed in those 7 including the win at Tuscaloosa and a blowout over a 10-2 OU team in the Cotton. That's a damn strong finish and was #5. Returning Heisman winner and an awful lot of talent to go with a large and talented Class. Immensely easier schedule in '13 compared to '12 with 8 home games instead of 6 and 2 byes instead of 0. Could they fall on their face? Sure, hard to say they aren't trending up though.

Flame away.
