They are almost certainly a better team than Ole Miss this year... but that's not the issue
The issue is at some level MSU expects to lose to LSU and LSU expects to beat them... until they break the streak it's a big mental hurdle for them

I've seen Cowherd's show before and I've seen him talk college football. I'm pretty sure he views Texas as a top 10 program. I don't think this bomb is going to be dropped on Texas.
This thread was a chore to read but I could read 100 pages of the LSU guy's theory about how LSU absolutely would never cheat because they have only been caught cheating twice.

LSU would be my guess for minor infractions which we already have penalized ourselves. I don't think the NCAA has accepted our self-imposed penalties.

Will Lyles is a street agent who delivers recruits to schools and gets money for it. Some names you might know that have been associated with Lyles are Lache Seastrunk (Oregon), Joe McKnight (USC), Bryce Brown (Tennessee), Ahmad Dixon (Baylor), Shaun Lewis (Oklahoma State)
Most recently Lyles has been connected with Oregon and Auburn...and because it says a program no one expects, im going to guess it refers to Oregon, since AU is not unexpected
im pretty sure Lyles is most hated in Texas for delivering recuits to Oregon
