Could Saban have come to a more deserving fanbase?

We lived through dark times after Phil “Forklift” Fulmer turned us in to the powers that be. We really weren’t cheating anyways, so not sure what they found.
Anyways… we never strayed away from our university and we really resonated with the “little guys” for a while.
We are good people down here in Alabama, and Saban recognized that and knew what he could accomplish here.
